Sprayed or used items unfortunately can not be returned. Skincare items become unsellable for hygienic reasons. Fragrances that have been sprayed are also unsellable, as our customers are entitled to original and unused goods. However, for most fragrances, you have the possibility to order trial fillings, which allow testing at home risk-free. When you purchase a full-size item, you can add samples worth $20 to your order for free. This way you can order a fragrance, test it free of charge and return it in its original condition if you don't like it.
